Here's how it works.
Once accepted into the Leader-in-Training Program, we will get you started on the right foot by having you attend Hilton's Corporate Leader-in-Training Orientation. This is a unique opportunity to meet with top decision makers, be introduced to the company's culture and vision, and learn about our future growth. Once you start at your hotel, you'll spend the first half of the program rotating from one area of the hotel to another to get a feel for the entire operation. During the second half, you'll focus on a specific area of specialization. The areas of specialization include, but are not limited to: Finance, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Sales, Front Office, Revenue Management, and Human Resources. The length of your program will vary by training location: Full service hotels (6 to 8 months), Focused Service hotels (6 to 8 months), and Vacation Ownership properties (8 to 10 months).
This program is full-time and offers a competitive salary. And when it's all over and you successfully complete the training program, entry-level management (or comparable) opportunities will either be available at the same hotel or a different hotel within the same geographic region.
