In the last nineteen years that I've been with Hilton Hotels I've got to know a lot of people in the company and I know several people that are general managers in regional positions, people that have advanced, people that have worked under me that have advanced to high level positions.

I've seen several opportunities. Hilton has always shown me, as well as others, as far as I'm concerned, if you want to grow all you have to do is make the effort and you will be recognized.
